A quite beautiful blend of post black metal with blackgaze is woven in this debut, although the latter becomes more noticeable on the last track. A fine start for another act embracing the post black segment, which still brandishes some aggression despite more often than not opting for a saccharine elegance which shows great promise, reminiscent of Tanpoco Crisis.

Metyr emphasizes emotional honesty and artistic vulnerability. Rather than prioritizing technical complexity, the band focuses on expressing genuine personal experiences. This approach allows their music to resonate on a deeper, more intimate level, free from constraints of expectation or stylistic boundaries.
